While we're on sandwiches, can anyone recommend some non-cheese sandwich fillings? I think I eat too much cheese.

So far I've got:

- Ham
- Marmite
- Corned Beef
- Spam

...... then nothing.

Also accompaniments to go with said fillings...

- Pickle
- Mayonnaise
etc.

(preferably nothing too complex like tomato/lettuce etc. don't want to spend 30 minutes making a sandwich only to find out the ingredients went limp and mouldy a week ago... stuff like marmite can last for years)

it's not that AKB aren't good, it's just that there are WAY too many of them to remember who each of them are, wat they sound like and wat their personalities are. Besides, H!P came first, their copycats and their PB's are WAY 2 SEXY FOR UNDERAGE TEENAGER.

and as for sandwiches, try egg, bacon, chicken, prawns, tuna, jam, peanut butter, butter, hot dogs, banana, curry, chicken korma, cripy duck from the local chinese, christmas dinner, sunday roast, anything basicly will do in a couple of slices of bread....plus the left-over sandwich diet is great for those who have limited funds AND want 2 loose weight

Best. Post. Ever. Seriously, though, I can't for the life of me learn the names of 1,978, 347 memebers of all the AKB groups...but I know 3-5 of them. And I like those 3-5 girls alot. And I like some of their songs alot. And they make really good videos. However, I am not enchanted in nearly the same way as the groups/girls/music of H!P do for me. It's on another level completely for me. Yes, it does sadden me that H!P can;t match their sales. But I am an H!P fan hardcire! AKB is just a interesting and fun side show to me.

*Kira: I made that mistake as well, thinking AKB were copy cats. It's actually the other way around as the creator of AKB, created Onyaku CLub int he 80's, which was the template for Idol groups, with shuffle groups etc, that inspired Tsunku to create Morning Musume and then H!P.

I agree there are too many of them, and I also apreciate the wholseome/cuteness of H!P as opposed to the more risque/blatant sexuality of the AKB girls/ However. Erena Ono is hawt! sorry...

as for sandwiches...it's PB&J all the way for me.

I want to sandwich myself between H!P and AKB. The meat filling to their smooth fine ass soft firm tight round good smelling bread...with a dash of sexual intercourse.

I kinda lost a bit of interest in AKB as a whole in 2009, but deep down they'll always be my favourite idols (tied with H!P atm). I love them <3 I just hate how their Paris trip was on the EXACT same days as Momusu's LA one, what a bunch of fuckers those French organisors are (no offense to French people)!!!

But yeah, probably not a good idea to do a serious post on AKB vs H!P XD. Matt_D saved the day lol.

PS: The producer of AKB is a freakin' mad man! I respect him for his work but he's fucked in the head. He's seriously trying to spread the ???48 idea around the world.

@moze - Yes Erepyon is amazing.
Their PVs are vastly superior.
Their lives are good fun too.

Erepyon managed to consistently win best calander picture last year, and she looks set to do so again this year.

Nothing against the girls in AKB48 (though I actually wouldn't be able to pick any one of them out of a lineup), but they will be completely ignored for as long as H!P exists (and probably much longer, my wallet needs to recover).

@Momo, there's a problem with google and serching for idols....when i first looked for Gaki....i got alot of hits....Aika.

it would also help if AKB stoped shuffling their members around every song cos that doesn't help either.

@Mozenator, i only know 2 members of AKB....and 1 of them isn't even a member of AKB, Matsui Jurina is a member of SKE48, but she's extremely talented

jaded, if you consider all of H!P during all of its 13 years history... There are more H!P than AKB if you look at it like that.

The only reason for me not getting into AKB isn't that I don't want to try, but from what I've listened to they seem to be more of the generic j-pop and not like H!P where you can expect a new genre mixed into the pop from almost every release <3
